You never see tokens or model names; the price of an operation is the price, and it is the same on every plan.

Each résumé you analyse costs 5 credits, charged before the analysis runs and given back if it fails — an analysis that fails is never paid for. Re-uploading the same file to a role you already analysed it in does not run the analysis again, so it costs nothing; we match on the file’s contents, not its name.

No. Free includes 10 Hirevo Credits — 2 résumé analyses — for the lifetime of your organization; it is a trial of the real analysis, not a monthly allowance. Paid plans renew at the start of each calendar month: Plus gives you 1,000 credits (about 200 résumé analyses) a month, Pro gives you 5,000 (about 1,000), and Custom is set by your contract. Unused included credits do not roll over.

Analysis stops and we tell you before you upload, not after. You keep everything already in Hirevo — candidates, decisions, notes and the ledger stay readable and exportable. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
